Poor quality stitching, Chain and Handle came off

After purchasing, didn't notice chain was so poorly Stitched.The main chamber chain came off within 2 days, the edge aren't stitched properly, even not enough extra chain space to stitch them back. Then after a few days, the shoulder handle became loose and made it worse. Not recommended.

Didnt receive

Their bags are genuinely good, I won’t deny that, but their order management is terrible. I ordered this along with another bag, but never received it. After waiting 15-17 days, they finally informed me that it was out of stock. And now, to make things worse, I just received an email asking me to review a product I never even got. Extremely disappointing experience!
