You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- ✕Impersonating The Patchee, its staff, or any other person
- ✕Engaging in fraudulent transactions or submitting false information
Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Any applicable delivery charges (BDT 100) will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders will be canceled automatically if provided information is insufficient. We do not store your full card details.

- ✓DBBL / Rocket — mobile wallet payment
- ✓Online card payments — fully encrypted and secure
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 10–15 days. In-hand items are delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery charges are BDT 100 across Bangladesh. We deliver through multiple courier services to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
If a package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at +880 18 9619 5448.
Returns & Refunds
- ✓Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items
- ✓Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- ✕Items damaged after delivery are not eligible
- ✓Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days via bKash or bank transfer

All content on thepatchee.com — logos, images, product descriptions, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of The Patchee Bangladesh and is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Patchee's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site or any of its terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the site.
