Orders & Tracking
To track your order, visit the Track Order page on our website. You'll need your order number and email address to see the latest delivery status.
Once an order has begun processing we are unable to make changes. Please review your order carefully before submitting. To cancel immediately after ordering, call us at +880 18 9619 5448.
Items missing from your order may have been out of stock. If a product shows 0.00 on your invoice, it was unavailable and you were not charged. Contact us at +880 18 9619 5448.
There is no limit on the quantity you can order. Order as many items as you like!
Shipping & Delivery
BDT 100 delivery charge applies across all of Bangladesh, regardless of order size or location.
Standard delivery takes 10–15 days. For in-hand/ready stock items, delivery is 5–7 business days. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping.
We deliver through multiple courier services across Bangladesh. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund. The Patchee takes complete responsibility for such matters.
Currently we ship within Bangladesh only. For international shopping, visit our Pakistan store at AODOUR or Sri Lanka at THEPATCHEE LK.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Contact us at +880 18 9619 5448 or email info@thepatchee.com.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We take full responsibility and will arrange a replacement or full refund. Tip: always take an unboxing video when receiving your order.

Store your bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight. Clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid overloading which can distort the shape. For leather bags, use a conditioner every few months.
