I ordered this bag on 05/07/25 and paid 100 taka through bKash to confirm the order. They said it would take 10-15 business days because it would come from a Chinese warehouse and also told me they would inform me before dispatch. Fifteen days later, I contacted them and asked about my order. They said they could not provide me with the bag I had ordered and would refund my money. However, I still have not received the refund. What a shame. Terrible experience.
The reflective design is a nice touch for safety, especially when riding at night.

It’s a great bag for carrying a helmet, but I wish it had a few extra compartments for organizing smaller items.
