When a customer spends money on a product online, it's natural to expect good quality products in return. For a brief period, my experience with patche was something like that. I didn't ask for an offer but the specific brown colored tote bag that I bought previously was in top notch shape which prompted me to buy another one as gift. However, this time it came with an offer. The bag had multiple quality issues. The zippers were not working properly, the stitches were made poorly and many more. However, at first glance everything looks normal. Money doesn't grow on trees and businesses is not run for a day. Patche, if you follow this business model, you will definitely make money but in the meantime lose customers like us which will eventually hurt your brand reputation.
