Build quality is ok but sometimes its really hard to open or close the main chain as sometimes it get stuck with the upper side

There is very little padding on the laptop compartment. I ride on buses so, laptops might feel less protected from outside impact. If you ride in personal vehicles then its not an issue. Overall best quality and lightweight and good looking bag.

The bag feels durable, but the straps could use a bit more reinforcement for carrying heavier loads.

The charging port is handy, but I wish it came with a built-in power bank instead of needing to add my own.

Great tactical-style backpack! I use it for hunting and hiking, and it holds everything I need. The extra pouches are a nice touch, and the straps don’t dig into my shoulders even after wearing it for hours.
